My Story

I grew up on the South Side of Chicago, where I attended the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools until I graduated in 2021. This is where my unbridled curiosity was nurtured, and my love of the arts began. I performed in choir, plays, musicals, and began writing for the stage as well as poetry. I learned my love of singing and world music while singing in Uniting Voices Chicago. I studied at Bard College for two years, where I discovered my love for devised works and workshop productions. I also studied musical theater voice and performed my first solo concert, which I devised, called Don’t Break. When I realized I wanted to pursue acting and learn methods to uplift my talent, I decided to transfer and was accepted into NYU Tisch to study at Stella Adler for my last two years of training. I was then privileged enough to study at NYU Florence, learning the art of Commedia Dell’Arte, followed by a program at Stonestreet Studios, learning everything about the art of film and acting on camera. With these final summer credits, I officially graduated from college in 2025.
